Based in a luxury clinic in London’s highly regarded Harley Street, we are leaders in performance health management.
By using biomarker analysis throughout the year we identify trends that inform a personalised plan to enhance your inner cellular health, alongside your visual physique. Working with our partners in a leading accredited laboratory in London, we can test across 300+ parameters.
Specialist equipment, such as bio-impedance analysers, DEXA scan, emsculpt, trusculpt, coolsculpting elite, medical grade LED and non-surgical body performance systems, are used to measure and then help achieve your peak state of health.
Our procedures are carried out by GMC-registered doctors with a combined experience of over 30 years in the NHS.

Located in West London, our gym offers a calm, relaxed and personal space for you to train and achieve your fitness goals. We offer far more than performance coaching.
Our in-house expertise includes nutrition, muscle recovery and restorative therapies. We know that client–trainer chemistry is as important as the workout itself. Every member of our experienced team brings a unique energy to the gym.

Psychological fitness, as part of the Total Force Fitness (TFF) construct, is defined as the integration and optimization of cognitive processes and abilities, behaviours, and emotions to positively affect performance, well-being, and response to stress.
One Health takes psychological fitness seriously, and places it within all our health plans.

The nutrition team will create a lifestyle plan that works specifically for you. This plan will be based on your blood results, supplement plan and, of course, the goals within your physical fitness plan.
